Chia pots

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C plant milk we use coconut
  • 40 gm chia seeds 1/8th cup plus 1 1/2 tbsp
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together either with a blender or a fork.
  • Chill overnight or at least 4 hours to set (longer if mixing with a fork).
  • Serve with fruit compote or jam or toasted seeds and nuts to top.
