Wet weather plan

The venue has indoor/covered spaces available in the event of poor weather.

Cancellation policy

The event team reserves the right to decline any stallholders selling non-vegan items (such as meat, dairy and all other animal products) and/or promoting any religious, political or other material that may cause offense or in conflict of the vegan ethos. The event manager reserves the right to enforce this through removal or covering any words/images/items deemed inappropriate/conflicting with our vegan ethos.

The Event Manager reserves the right to enforce this policy by requesting the removal or covering up of any words/images/items deemed inappropriate or conflicting with our Vegan Ethos.

STALLHOLDER AGREEMENT AND DECLARATION

We have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions as set out above.

We confirm our understanding that failure to comply with these conditions may lead to the immediate and permanent removal from the market and all associated publicity materials.

We agree to comply with the requests and directions from all event and security staff where necessary.
