Supporting our vegan community

As part of our commitment to promoting veganism in New Zealand, we invite groups, businesses and private individuals, both locally and nationally, the opportunity to submit any vegan-run or vegan-friendly events that meet at least one of the following criteria.

My event is:

1)  vegan and based in or around Canterbury.

2)  vegan but outside of Canterbury however I believe has national significance and will be of interest to locals.

3) not entirely vegan however will offer a reasonable amount of vegan (and vegetarian friendly) things.

Our terms for inclusion

Once submitted, your notice will require approval to be published. If it meets our criteria and you have completed all of the relevant fields we will publish your event at our earliest convenience.

We offer this as a free service however we do reserve the right to edit, deny or if necessary, withdrawal any published notice that no longer meets our criteria or is in breach of our anti-discrimination position stated below.

The Christchurch Vegan Society does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, creed, gender, gender expression, age, origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation or prejudice towards another species. Any event that is likely to impend or contradict this position will not be accepted.
