Sunday marked the third and final Vegan Expo of 2018. We were delighted to be there showcasing our work and tempting locals with our infamous cupcakes and ginger crunch. CVS president Yolanda Soryl, said the Expo was a huge success and there was tremendous interest in our work. “We had the perfect spot and it was a very successful day. We sold out of all the baking by 1pm and only had a few cookbooks left by pack down.”
