What’s your favourite vegan dish/place to eat: I’m addicted to House of Dumplings Japanese Six Mushroom Dumplings with my mum’s sauce and chilli oil. Yum.
Why did you go vegan: Better for health and I did not want to kill animals.
What do you wish you knew when you first became vegan: Keep an eye on your nutrient levels, especially iron for women.
