Last Sunday we celebrated our first CVS fundraising event which was a spectacular buffet lunch at the Welcome Chinese Vegetarian Cafe. It was so popular we had to offer two separate lunch sessions and we were thrilled to see so many friendly faces there supporting us. This is the first of many fundraisers that we plan to have to ensure we establish a financially secure organisation to help our members and those who are interested in living cruelty free. We are very grateful to Bernard at the Welcome for his continued support and also to the committee for organising this event along with the delicious cakes they provided for dessert.
