Broccoli with Mustard Seed Dressing
Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets lightly steamed
- 4 tsp white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tablespoons coarse whole grain mustard
- ½ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients (except the broccoli) in a jar with a tight fitting lid
- Shake vigorously until well mixed
- Pour over the hot broccoli
- Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve chilled
