Michelle, known as the Sassy Salt Lady, is a self-confessed foodie with a passion for creating interesting sea salt blends using fresh, seasonal produce from local growers who believe in their products.Michelle will be speaking at our shared potluck (all welcome) after our AGM (for CVS members – sign up now for as little as $5) on August 13. The AGM starts at 4pm (meeting room 1) and the potluck from 6pm – both at Christchurch Community House (301 Tuam St). Michelle will share how salt kept her going through three children, four husbands and countless lovers in five countries.
