Filling

gm tofu

ripe bananas

cocoa

210gm coconut cream

Instructions
Base
Mix together the dry ingredients
Whisk together the oil and water and stir into the dry mix
Press into the pie dish and chill
Filling
Blend all ingredients
Pour into the pie crust
Bake at 180C 40-45 minutes
Chill before serving.
Decorate with grated chocolate and nuts or seeds.
