peanut butter

soy sauce

lemon juice

brown sugar

coconut cream

Instructions
Heat oil in a saucepan
Add garlic, onion and chilli powder
Cook until onion is clear
Stir in the peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar
Add coconut cream
Cook until mixture boils, stirring constantly
Season with salt to taste
Add more sugar if necessary
Notes
Serve with meingin kebabs / stir fry vegetables / vegetarian burgers / baked marinated tofu
