rolled oats

fresh parsley or basil

paprika

coriander

dried basil or thyme

ginger

cayenne pepper

mls soy sauce
Instructions
Mix all ingredients into a paste.If mix is not firm enough add breadcrumbs.
Shape into balls or burgers.
Fry on a low heat until golden brown.
