Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cashews (preferably soaked at least 1 hour in cold water)
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • ⅓ cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into blender and process until smooth.
