Fundraising banquet at the Shree Jagannath

Come join us at our latest fundraising banquet at the Shree Jagannath, one of Christchurch’s newest vegetarian/vegan restaurants. They have planned a special three course menu with various options to choose from so there is something for everyone. If you are gluten free, most of the dishes are acceptable with the exception of the halwa and deep fried bread.

DINNER OPTIONS

Starter

Mix platter including Samosa , Potato Pakora , Tofu & Spinach Puff served with Tamarin Sauce & Green Chutney

All entrées served with three mixed salads

Main Course

Option 1

Thali plate – Rice, Dhal Soup, Potato & Cauliflower Curry and Tofu Stir fry, Deep Fried Bread

Option 2

Masala dosa served with two Idli & Madhu Vada ( South Indian Dishes ) served with Sambar & Chutney

Option 3

Tofu Steak served with Hot salsa sauce and served with rice & Green Sauteed Vegetable

(All mains served with roasted vegetables)

Dessert

Vegan Semolina Halwa with raisins or Blueberry Vanilla Cheesecake or Berry Cheescake
